Eagle
conducts inspections of newly built or previously owned
homes, condominiums, town homes, manufactured homes, and
apartments.
A
standard home inspection is a visual examination of the
physical structure and major interior systems of a
residential building. An inspection is similar to
a physical exam by a physician.
Eagle's customer's are typically Buyers or Sellers,
however, some home inspections are done for homeowners
who want an evaluation of their home’s condition or as a
way to diagnose problems.

A Standard Home
Inspection is limited to a visual inspection of
your home from roof to foundation. Although this
is the standard method used by Home Inspectors
throughout the country, it is limited to what is
observed by the naked eye. It is impossible to
visually check the interior of walls for heating and
cooling loss, nor is it possible to visually inspect an
electrical breaker that may be defective, or detect
faulty wiring. Eagle takes the inspection to
the next level using infrared wave lengths to inspect
walls, electrical panels, and other heat emitting
sources, in their normal operating conditions.
Eagle offers this
service as an addition to a Standard Home Inspection, as
well as a Separate service for individual or specific
needs.
