Eagle
performs its inspections in accordance with
industry standards, such as HIF, ASHI, and NAHI
Standards. These national standards of
practice provide the
minimum standards of performance for Home
Inspectors.
Inspections performed to these Standards of
Practice provide the client with a minimum and
uniform standard when receiving information
regarding the condition of the
systems
and
components
of the home as inspected at the time of the
Home Inspection.

client must sign a Home Inspection Agreement: |
